Entry Four: Mac and Cheese

This is the BEST Macaroni and Cheese you will ever have. I promise! My Aunt’s Mother in Law Zandra shared this with me after she made it at a family function and I’ve been making it ever since. The slow cooker helps with everything staying all creamy and delicious. You just have to trust me on this one, it is worth the calories and the time!

Ingredients
12 oz. Macaroni, boiled as directed on package
1/4 cup butter, cut into chunks

1 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp oil
12 oz. evaporated milk
1 lb. velveeta cut in chunks

Lightly grease crockpot, toss mac in oil add 1/4 c. butter chunks. Add remaining ingredients. Stir and cook 3hrs. on low or 1 hr. on high
