Slow Cooker Saucy Brisket

Here is a fun and easy way to prepare a Brisket. It’s a great spin on a traditionally seasoned recipe.

Ingredients
2 lb Brisket
1 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
2 garlic cloves
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1 packet onion soup mix
2 tablespoons jelly (any kind will work)

In a bowl combine ketchup through jelly, stir well. In a slow cooker, place brisket on bottom and pour sauce on top.  Cook on low 9-10 hrs. Slice, serve with sauce and enjoy!
