I haven’t posted my menu in such a long time, but it’s time to start back! If you are new to menu planning I am going to repost my how to get started menu planning over the course of the next 2 weeks.
Here is our plan for the week. Lunches will be leftovers, pbj’s, annies organic mac and cheese and grilled cheese sandwiches. Breakfast is almost always cereal and fruit unless I make pancakes.
Monday: Apricot Rosemary Pork Tenderloin, Garlic Parmesan Spaghetti Squash and Green Peas
Tuesday: Ben’s Mom’s Chicken and Rice
Wednesday: Pesto Pizza, Pineapple
Thursday: Potato Soup
Friday: Homemade Refried Beans over Brown rice (with salsa, sour cream, lettuce, tomato, avocado, etc)
Saturday: Tilapia, Baked Potatoes and Green Beans
Sunday: Beef Stew, Artisan Bread
