Remember last week how I said I was going to start planning my menu again each Monday? Well, it’s only been a week and I’m already a day late on it. Good grief, Bethany. Here is our plan.
I love the beginning of a pay period because I can get creative with my menu instead of trying to make something out of what we have. You’ll notice the contrast of the beginning of this week vs the end.
Monday: Black Bean and Corn Tacos
Tuesday: Crock Pot Ribs, Oven Roasted Potatoes, Green Beans
Wednesday: Cheese Pizza, Fruit (We have AWANA on Wed nights so it has to be something we can eat quick!)
Thursday: Chicken Pot Pie over Biscuits
Friday: Salmon, Couscous, Broccoli
Saturday: Bacon and Pea Alfredo (using some Quinoa pasta I bought), Salad
Sunday: Chili, Baked Potatoes and Cantaloupe
Snacks will be popcorn, smoothies, cheese sticks, apples or oranges
