How is everyone doing today? We enjoyed some glorious rain yesterday and are excited about our week. Mostly because this week ends with my sweet husband’s birthday. We will be celebrating lunch at our favorite local restaurant, Tusk and Trotter. What’s for dinner at your house this week? Here is our plan:
Breakfast: Oatmeal Raisin Scones, Eggs, Oatmeal, Fruit, Cereal
Lunch: PBJ, Mac Cheese, Grilled Cheese, leftovers
Dinner
Monday: Chicken and Pineapple Kebabs, Confetti Rice
Tuesday: Tacos or Taco Salad
Wednesday: Blackened Chicken Pasta with Zucchini
Thursday: Leftover Roast over Mashed Potatoes, Green Peas
Friday: Homemade Cheese Pizza, Honeydew Melon
Saturday: Chili
Sunday: Tusk and Trotter lunch, leftover buffet dinner
Snacks: Smoothies, Cheese, Fruit, Popcorn, Yogurt
Desserts: Peach Crumble, Homemade Ice Cream, Sour Cream Pound Cake with warm Tropical Salsa
