Menu Plan 7/2-7/8

Happy July everyone! Do you have big plans for the 4th? We are just staying home this year (for the first time in a loooong time) so we are just doing something simple at home. It seems my kids are hungry all.the.time these days. I feel like I’ve just made them lunch and they are asking for a snack. I try to stretch things out as long as I can but it feels like a full service diner most days :)

Here is our plan for the week.

Breakfast

Cereal, Oatmeal, Yogurt, Fruit, Eggs

Lunch

PBJ, Mac n Cheese, Leftovers, Grilled Cheese

Snacks  fruit, larabars and smoothies, cheese, raisins

Dinner

Monday: Grilled Steak, Corn on the Cob, Broccoli

Tuesday: Tortellini, Roasted Cauliflower

Wednesday: BBQ Chicken Sandwiches, Baked Beans, Slaw and Watermelon

Thursday: Fajitas (using leftover steak from Monday), Corn and Zucchini Toss

Friday: Chicken Pesto Pizza

Saturday: Salmon, Couscous, Green Beans

Sunday: Crockpot Black Bean Salsa Chicken over brown rice

 

Desserts Oatmeal Chocolate Chip cookies, Vanilla Ice Cream, Fruit
