Do you make your banana pudding with vanilla pudding and condensed milk? If so, you’ll think you’ve died and gone to banana pudding ice cream heaven here. This is a definite splurge recipe but it is oh so delicious. Make sure you read the instructions for your ice cream maker and adjust the recipe (double or half the recipe) as needed. Serve with crumbled vanilla wafers and whipped cream to take this dessert over the top.
Ingredients
2 cups half/half
1 can organic condensed milk
2 large ripe bananas
Mash bananas well with the back of a fork and then wisk together bananas, half/half and condensed milk. Pour into your ice cream maker and churn according to your directions. Serve and enjoy! (I have this machine)
