Ginger Glazed Salmon

My Aunt makes a lot of salmon…if you know her, you know what I mean :) This is my spin on a glaze she shared with me. In true southern fashion she doesn’t use measurements so I tried my best to get a good proportion down. This is simple and delicious.

4 salmon filets
3 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced
1 clove garlic
1 tablespoon soy sauce

Combine all ingredients of glaze in a bowl and brush over salmon. Bake (or grill) in the oven for 15-20 minutes on 425 or until fish flakes easily. Serve with your favorite sides and Enjoy!
