Rosemary Chicken Wings

February 3, 2012

When my mom lived in South Carolina she would get us these awesome Rosemary Chicken Wings from Publix. They were oh.so.good. Sometimes, though, they were a little too salty. Oh and they are 8 hrs away from me now. So, here’s my recreation and a must have if you have a football fan that doesn’t like spicy foods. Don’t you love it when you can make your own favorites right at home? This can easily be doubled for a larger crowd.

Ingredients
2 lbs chicken wings and drummettes
5-6 sprigs rosemary, leaves removed and chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 tsp garlic powder
generous sprinkling of fresh sea salt

In a large ziploc bag combine all ingredients, shake and marinade for at least 2 hours (overnight would be best). Pour out onto a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes on 400. Cool slightly and enjoy!
