I love tzatziki. I could eat it on just about anything. I’ve eaten it on gyros, wraps and even as a salad dressing. I recommend Fage for the greek yogurt. It’s worth it.
Ingredients
16 oz plain greek yogurt
1/2 large english cumber, finely chopped with peel left on
2 garlic cloves
1/2 tsp white vinegar
juice of a lemon wedge
salt and pepper
In a bowl combine all ingredients and season with salt and pepper as desired. Use this sauce in place of your regular condiments, salad dressing or dipping sauce. Yum!
Serving Size: 1/4 cup, 1 point plus (if you use fat free fage it will *technically* be zero points but I like to say 1 just in case)
